You can register your Radish account through the Radish Health mobile app (available on iPhone or Android) or through your web browser.

Step 1: Download the Radish Health mobile app

• On the log in screen of the app under Don't have an account?, click Register Now

Step 2: Enter your phone number or email address

• Enter the mobile phone number or email address provided to Radish by your employer
• If you enter your mobile phone number, you will receive an SMS text with a one-time passcode to enter on the next screen to access your registration form
• If you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a link to your registration form

Step 4: Complete the registration form

• Fill out the information in the registration form, select the check box to consent, and then select Create Account
• If you'd like to use a different phone number or email address than what your employer provided to us, you can update that here
• Note: when entering your address, begin typing under search and validate your home address and select it to auto-populate the remainder of the fields

Step 5: Immediately access care

• After completing the registration process, you can immediately start using Radish to access care by texting your new Radish doctor in the app or booking an appointment.
