Add insurance information

Step 1: Navigate to your Profile page
- On the home page of the mobile app, select your Profile in the bottom, right-hand corner
- On the home page of the web portal, click the drop-down in the upper right-hand corner, and select Personal Information
Step 2: Select Add your insurance provider
Step 3: Upload photos and complete information
- Upload a photo of both the front and back of your insurance card, and then fill out all applicable information. once this has been completed, select Save
