Currently, you are able to update your password through your desktop Patient Portal. At this time, this feature is not available on the mobile app.

Instructions for Desktop

Step 1: Navigate to the home page of the Patient Portal

  • Once on your home page, click on the drop-down in the upper left-hand corner and select personal information. 

Step 2: Select "Change Password"

Step 3: Enter your new password

  • In the pop-up, enter the new password you wish to use, and select "Change Password". Once this has been completed, you will see another pop-up stating that your password change has been successful!
