It is still possible to get sick with COVID-19 even if you have already had it. Re-infection is rare and the CDC is still learning more about who might be at risk for re-infection, how common it is, and how soon after the first infection a person can become sick again. To prevent catching COVID-19 again, take precautions like wearing a mask in public/at work and social distancing when possible.
