If we are shipping the test kit to your home, we are able to overnight the test kit if your appointment is before 3pm EST. Otherwise, the test kit will be sent the next business day. Please note, that our lab does not ship test kits on the weekends and Fedex is unable to deliver/pick-up test kits on Sundays. 

If you are picking up your kit at a designated location, you will need to follow-up the appropriate instructions - generally most kits can be picked up same day.
