Upon registration, you will be prompted to complete your profile information including name, DOB, address, mobile phone number, email address, and gender identification. Double check to make sure all information is correct!


You can change your mobile number, email, and address at this time.  In order to do so, follow the steps below for both our app and web browser version. 


App


On the home screen, go to the bottom right corner, find the 3 dots and click "More." From the menu, select "Profile". 


Here you will see your Radish profile - select "Personal Information." 



From here, you can see your personal details - select the "Edit" button at the bottom to make changes or updates to your information. Once finished, please select "Save" to keep your recent changes.

 


Web Browser

Go to “My Profile” under the person icon in the upper right corner (see below)


Click the “Edit” next to the field you would like to change (Mobile, email, etc…)


Enter your new information and choose “Save”


You may need to enter an alternate email address if the email address is already in use
